Case study / Our own product
Learnflow: our own test of connected knowledge.
How YouWo applies its capture and retrieval work in Learnflow, and what we still need to measure before claiming efficiency gains.
Learnflow is YouWo's consumer learning product. It is an internal example of turning recordings, files, and links into source-grounded answers. We use it to examine the same underlying problem businesses face: useful knowledge spread across different formats.
The problem we built for
A recording contains one part of a lesson, a document another, and a link a third. Finding the relevant passage when a person asks a question is more useful than simply storing all three items.
Learnflow brings those materials into one product experience so a user can capture sources and ask questions grounded in them. This is our own product, not an external customer deployment.
Explore Learnflow YouWo's preliminary memory benchmark recordWhat this proves and what it does not
The product is a concrete demonstration of source ingestion and retrieval in a user-facing workflow. It gives our team a place to observe missing context, corrections, answer quality, and the friction between capture and use.
We have not published a Learnflow token-efficiency, answer-quality, or time-saved study. Product screenshots and availability are not substitutes for a measured business outcome.
The next scorecard
For a repeatable test, use the same source set and question set for a baseline and the current workflow. Measure source-grounded answer acceptance, time to answer, model cost per accepted answer, and the rate at which user corrections improve later answers without harming earlier ones.
The lesson for enterprise pilots is to measure an accepted result, not tokens burned. Learnflow is one internal proving ground; YOLO's report workflow is a separate customer outcome with reported time saved.
