Keep the relationships
YouWo’s memory architecture includes linked entities and retrieval of source material. Notes, tasks, people, conversations, and documents can carry relationships such as “derived from,” “supports,” and “assigned to.”
For a business workflow, that lets us connect a meeting commitment to an email, a financial document, and the work that followed. Revenue and cost information become useful context when they retain their source and meaning.
Retrieve, then verify
An agent needs the relevant evidence for the question at hand. We use retrieval and source references to bring that evidence into its working context, instead of expecting every detail to fit into one conversation.
We evaluate retrieval on defined datasets and report the metric with its test conditions. A useful company-specific evaluation also asks whether the answer found the right source, preserved its meaning, and respected the task’s scope.
